Refund/Exchange Policy

All Sales are final. 

All items are inspected before being shipped. In the event an item was received with damages, you would need to return the item for a store credit or a replacement item.

Provide Documentation

You must provide a photo and proof that the item upon removing it from the package was damaged. If there is an issue with your order you can reach out via email to TheHairAntidoteLLC@gmail.com.

You will need to provide all documentation before submitting a claim to Paypal.  We will counter claim your damage if you can not provide proof of damage upon delivery.  A damage claim can only be made 24 hours after delivery with proper documentation.

If you damaged your item there will be no refunds or replacements for the item. You would need to purchase a new item.
