SHIPPING POLICY

We provide protection for orders that are damaged, lost, missing.

Shipping Prices Are Not Included In Sales Or Giveaways. Order Subtotal Must Be Greater Than Or Equal To The Sale In Reference. 

Shipping Transit Times

All standard shipping orders have a 2-4 day processing time in addition to the carrier transit times.  

International orders will be processed during the same time.

If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday your orders processing time starts on the following Monday-Tuesday.

USA Express Shipping - 2 Business Days

USA Priority Shipping - 3 Business Days

Customer Responsibility

We ask that you verify the shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to verify your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our post office box. If The Hair Antidote reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost / Missing / Damaged Deliveries

If you need to file a claim contact the shipping provider for a missing, lost or damaged order. Please email us your Order Number and the Email Address that is associated with your order to thehairantidotellc@gmail.com. You will be asked if you want a Re-shipment or a Refund. This process is very simple and FAST!

Inaccurate or Missing Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for missing or inaccurate shipping addresses.  If you notice an address error and the order has not been processed, email us the correction at thehairantidotellc@gmail.com. Once your order has been fulfilled we cannot update your address. If your shipping address is not correct and your item is returned to our distribution center please email thehairantidotellc@gmail.com and if your situation qualifies, we will issue you a store credit to purchase your order again and your order can be reshipped to the correct address.

Customs and Import Taxes

Additional Fees & Taxes for International Orders (Outside the USA)

The Hair Antidote, LLC is a USA based company and is not responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties or any additional fees charged by local economies.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Hair Antidote, LLC is not responsible for Country Import fees or any delays due to customs.
